Saturday work by Contractors, Repairmen, Landscapers, etc., is allowed
for indoor work only. The use of heavy
machinery, (Tractors, Bobcats, etc.) is not allowed on Saturday without
SPECIFIC permission of the WH Board of Directors.
Emergency repairs are of course
excluded.

Covenant
and Rules Compliance Committee
PROPOSED:
The WHBOD will form a permanent
committee, to be called the Covenants and Rules Compliance Committee. It shall
be formed of sitting WHBOD members.
Three BOD members will comprise the
group, which will meet each month one week prior to the regular BOD meeting.
Three members will be drawn by lot; two will serve for three months, one
will serve for 4 and act as transition chairman.
The duty of the committee
is to review any complaints by WHPOA members filed with the POA regarding
compliance with the covenants and rules promulgated by the WHBOD.
1. The violator
will be notified by mail to correct the situation and be informed of the fines
and consequences.
2. The second month the violator will be notified by
registered mail to correct the situation.
3. The third month the fine will
be imposed. This will be done in confidence and not disclosed to anyone outside
the committee and management until
Sec. 5 is reached.
4. The fine
will be imposed and the owner notified each month until the situation is
corrected
5. If after 6 months, and no response is received from the
violator, the Committee will bring the situation to the attention of the full
BOD and seek to have approval for a lien to be placed against the property. The
fines will continue until corrective measures are taken or the property is sold
by the owner.
