As you and your family settle into Windmill Harbour, I would like to share a few reminders with you. As a new property owner you will need to obtain a Windmill Harbour decal for your vehicles in order to enter the plantation. Decals are also required for motorcycles and golf carts. You can stop at the gatehouse at the plantation entrance between the hours of 8 am to 5 pm, Monday thru Friday, to obtain these.

If you have an emergency, please call 911 first, and then Windmill Harbour security (843) 681-6405. We will assist you in any way possible to the best of our ability.

Should you go on an extended trip leaving your house unoccupied, please stop by the gatehouse and fill out our vacant residence form which provides us with emergency contact information should it be necessary to notify you or your designated contacts in the case of emergencies.

Please observe our 25 mph speed limit.

If at anytime you observe suspicious behavior, please let us know as soon as possible.
