the board. This responsibility covers organizing and supervising the function
of the committee and serving as liaison between the committee and the board.
2. Each committee chair must be responsible for recruiting qualified
members to serve on the committee.
Experience
1. Ideally,
each candidate for the board will be knowledgeable about the needs and issues
confronting the board in its' duty of representing the interests of the
property owners.
2. The experience of Windmill Harbour committee
service would be extremely helpful in gaining knowledge about these needs and
issues.
3. Service on committees and boards of other organizations is
helpful in bringing a well-rounded experience and perspective to Windmill
Harbour Issues.
Board service is a lot of work
often
thankless, time consuming, and unpopular. It is rewarding in the knowledge that
our quality of life-style, property values, and overall enjoyment of our
community is being enhanced by your good decisions and efforts.
If you
deem yourself qualified, and are willing to make the necessary commitment, your
