Property Owner's Association (POA) Fees

POA Unit Dwelling: $600.00 Quarterly / $2,400 Annually
Includes Homes, Townhomes, and all Condominiums

 POA Undeveloped Lots $300.00 Quarterly / $1,200 Annually

POA Boatslip: $150.00  Quarterly / $600 Annually

POA Consolidated Lots: $150.00 Quarterly / $600 Annual
Two conjoined lots owned by the same person but has one house erected on the property.

Lot Maintenance Fee: $250.00 / Annual  

This service is provided for owners of an undeveloped lot and includes bush hogging of the lot by the POA maintenance. It does not include tree removal or trimming, debris or leaf removal, or drainage. 

  

Condominium and Marina Owner's Associations

There are condominium associations in Windmill Harbour and they each have their own management association (POA or HPR) or are self managed. There also is a Marina Owner's Association (MOA) for boat slip owners. Their fees are set by their management and are separate and in addition to the Windmill Harbour POA fees. Those fees may be obtained by calling the following:

South Carolina Yacht Club

Membership to the South Carolina Yacht Club and access to their amenities are not included in the Windmill Harbour POA fees. Please contact the South Carolina Yacht Club at 843-681-4844.
