It does not include tree removal or trimming, debris or leaf removal, or drainage.
Condominium and Marina Owner's Associations There are condominium associations in Windmill Harbour and they each have their own management association (POA or HPR) or are self managed. There also is a Marina Owner's Association (MOA) for boat slip owners. Their fees are set by their management and are separate and in addition to the Windmill Harbour POA fees.
